Parenting for Lifelong Health (PLH) for Teens digital app

This project aims to explore and develop the effect of an enhanced, self-led smartphone app version of an existing in-person parenting programme (Parenting for Lifelong Health for Teens). Further, the project seeks to understand whether this digital intervention has an effect on specific Sustainable Development Goals, including, but not limited to, positive parenting practices, social support, abuse (physical and emotional), and sexual and reproductive health.
